With the number of employees rapidly grew to 200, Huda Beauty actively sought a storage solution that would meet their storage and remote access requirements while also being cost-effective. “We initially used a popular SaaS enterprise plan. With 10GbE high-speed networking connectivity capabilities, employees now experience accelerated file access speeds within the local network, boosting efficiency and productivity.
Furthermore, to fulfil the remote access requirement, Huda Beauty utilized the built-in Synology Drive package to establish an enterprise private cloud. This allowed employees from any locations to remotely access files stored on the Synology system through a web portal or a desktop client, providing a similar experience to public cloud services.
