The World CIO 200 Summit 2025 commenced with great energy in Hong Kong today, bringing together the region’s top IT leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from across Hong Kong and Greater China. The summit served as a strategic platform for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing on the transformative power of technology, with a special focus on AI and cybersecurity.
The opening ceremony was graced by dignitaries, including:

The Summit was officially inaugurated by Anushree Dixit, Chief Strategy Officer, Global CIO Forum, who welcomed attendees and emphasized the importance of collaboration in navigating today’s rapidly evolving tech landscape.
The first keynote session was delivered by Shankar Raghavan, Senior Director & General Manager, HPE Advisory & Professional Services, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Asia Pacific. His session, titled “Transforming Your Business with AI at Scale: The AI Factory Advantage,” explored how enterprises can operationalize AI to drive business innovation.
This was followed by a thought-provoking panel discussion titled:
“The ROI Dilemma: Measuring Intangible and Long-Term Value of Generative AI”, moderated by Andy Lau, and featuring a distinguished panel:

The second panel discussion addressed the timely theme of
“Cybersecurity Resilience and Cross-Border Data Governance in a Fragmented World,” moderated by Horace Chu, CIO & Director at Gammon Construction. The panel included:
