Citrix is extending support for new Samsung DeX-enabled smart phones and tablets that were recently unveiled at their Online (Galaxy Tab S4) and Live (Galaxy Note9) events including support for the new DeX APIs used to manage the devices, applications and user policies. Samsung and Citrix have been working together over the course of several years to provide a secure and easy-to-use digital workspace on Samsung devices for enterprise use cases including public safety, financial services, healthcare, retail and other field service organizations.
With Citrix Workspace app, Samsung device users can access virtual apps and desktops, mobile and SaaS apps and data securely, while seamlessly moving between mobile devices and laptops or workstations to complete tasks. Citrix Unified Endpoint Management provides all the elements of end-user computing management in a single-platform solution that helps IT administrators securely manage their enterprise applications, desktops, and data from a secure digital perimeter.

Citrix has expanded its portfolio of delivering virtual apps, desktops and mobile apps to provide secure access to SaaS apps and content via Citrix Workspace app, creating the first unified digital workspace for organizations. Citrix Workspace app joins Secure Mail and the company’s Content Collaboration and Unified Endpoint Management solutions that integrate with Samsung DeX-enabled phones and tablets.
