Kaizen AMS to Reveal the Latest in Asset and Property Technology

Kaizen Asset Management Services (Kaizen AMS) is spearheading a number of tech initiatives that will revolutionize the property and asset management industry. These initiatives will be revealed at the first ever Dubai held, PROPTECH conference taking place at the Sofitel The Palm from the 29th to the 30th of October 2018.

As an avid supporter of the advancements in property and asset technology, the CEO of Kaizen AMS, Fadi Nwilati will lead a panel discussion entitled: The Next Chapter in Real Estate Portfolio Management covering the Mapping of technology and empowering the modern landlord, Data Opportunity Zones for property developers and trends shaping the future of asset management – which will take place on 29th of October 2018.  During the panel discussion, Nwilati will be speaking to industry experts including Sylvain Vieujot, CEO of Equitativa, Samer Zabian, Head of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Al Futtaim Real Estate, Mahmoud El Burai, Dubai Land Department and Marwan Daloul, CEO, American Properties.

As the industry prepares to ride a wave of massive change across the property management sector a number of factors are combining to usher in a new property era. Kaizen AMS has used these factors to develop property technology systems that will play a vital role in the modernization of the industry and change the way assets are managed, making them more suited for the generations to come.
