Canon Saudi Arabia (CSA) is showcasing its extensive range of innovative print solutions at the 16th edition of Saudi Print and Pack, from the 27th to the 30th of January at Jeddah Center for Forums and Events. At the first event since formally establishing direct operation in Saudi, Canon Saudi Arabia is emphasizing its commitment to helping partners and customers in the Kingdom thrive by providing value added on-ground after sales support directly from the company, in addition to direct advice on products and services from Canon professionals.

At the event, the company is presenting six experience zones to highlight the opportunities available to commercial print partners as well as print departments of all sizes. These zones include Production Print, Signage, Solutions, Commercial Printing, Photo Printing, and Service. Each of these sections will help businesses discover new ways to increase overall productivity to handle growing output, unlock new efficiencies, and introduce them to capabilities to diversify.

Saudi Arabia is presently witnessing transformation into a more diversified economy with several industries developing and establishing a presence in the region’s largest market. The Kingdom’s printing market is the oldest and the largest in the Gulf estimated to grow to pass $7 billion in 2022, according to a report by Smithers Pira. Through the delivery of advanced technologies and solutions designed to meet growing demand in this dynamic market, as well as the provision of customized customer service, Canon Saudi Arabia aims to cultivate long term business partnerships in the Kingdom and together achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

CSA, reporting to regional headquarters Canon Middle East, was formally established in 2018 to strengthen the company’s regional presence and provide robust on-ground support to customers and partners in the Kingdom. Closely aligned with Canon’s ‘closer to customer’ strategy, the company’s largest regional direct presence operates from Riyadh with two branches in Jeddah and Khobar, and directly contributes to Saudi Arabia’s economy and industry diversification strategy as outlined within Vision 2030.

“Establishing direct operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is testament to Canon’s customer centric approach to help businesses go beyond the implementation of technology and ensure long term success. Banking on our years of expertise in this sector, we look forward to being the partner of choice for businesses in the Kingdom looking to take advantage of the productivity, quality, and flexibility that digital printing technology delivers,” said Shadi Bakhour, Business Unit Director, B2B, Canon Middle East. “During our participation at Saudi Print & Pack 2019, a key event for the industry in the Kingdom, we look forward to showing our customers and partners how they can create value for their customers in new ways, through inventive business models and innovation,”
