CogniCX is a rapidly growing organization focusing on Cognitive Customer experience through Secure and integrated Digital transformation across various industries. Cognicx at its core is unique blend of Technology and IT Security providers. With its niche combination of best-in-class Partners and technology, CogniCX enables its customers to operate more efficiently and successfully in the markets they serve.

CogniCX came into existence as an overarching brand that got metamorphized from LucidPlus IT solutions. The key focus is towards automating the day to day operations and tasks in a secure manner along with flexible and proven models of commercial engagement both SaaS and On-Prem deployments.

CogniCX being at the forefront of next-gen digital technologies, provides customer engagement solutions by leveraging the cognitive interfaces that take the company’s capabilities. We are confident that we have the necessary domain expertise and skills to fulfill the business needs and provide cost-effective and best of the breed solutions.

How was the year 2018 from a business perspective?

Our focus for 2018 were around the market study & strategy, engaging with key customers & industry verticals, developing partner & channel ecosystems. We are in conversation with the leading banks, telecom and retailers in terms of transforming their customer journeys. We see huge demand from customers in terms of redefining their business and driving automation. Our priority has always been to be in front of the customers and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities. We are excited to see positive response from the customer and the achievement we have got so far. We have initiated few transformation projects in 2018 which are on track towards successful completion now.

What is your roadmap for the year 2019?

Our roadmap for 2019 is to broaden our customer base, strengthen our IP and deliver the best in class digital offerings.
