We look forward to fuelling more ideas, views and discussions through our future debate sessions.”
In the second debate held on the topic ‘Go Digital or Face Extinction’, panelists and participants debated over the fundamental impact of digitisation on business strategy and business model, internal processes, brand, customer interaction, and communication with stakeholders. The event tackled how SMBs can future-proof themselves against the effects of not-so-distant future of digital disruption.
