Through its office in DIFC, PCCI Group will provide outsourced operational delivery solutions, to customers in UAE and across the MEA and Europe

PCCI Group has relocated its international headquarters to Central Park Towers in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The expansion is in response to strong client demand and customer base in the Middle East, which the company has witnessed in the last quarter.

Speaking on PCCI Group’s immediate plans, Mr. Nidal Kamouni, CEO, PCCI Group said, “We are excited about the next stage of our expansion plan, as we move forward with the execution of our strategy to offer full customer experience delivery solutions, which will enable our customers to not only enhance their total customer life cycle, but also assist them in becoming market leaders in an efficient and profitable manner.”

The move to Dubai will enable the company to expand its activities and strengthen its operations delivery model in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. The new headquarters at DIFC will provide the group with a unique platform and the necessary shared management bandwidth. This step has empowered PCCI Group to compete at the highest level in the fast moving customer experience solutions and operational outsourcing delivery providers space in the region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
