DE-CIX has appointed Bülent Sen as the Regional Director of Turkey. In this role, Sen is responsible for developing DE-CIX Istanbul. DE-CIX’s Internet exchange in Istanbul delivers carrier and data-center neutral Internet exchange services for Internet service providers from Turkey, the Caucasus region, Persia and the Middle East.
Sen brings over 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience in the ICT and telecommunications industry to the position. Prior to joining DE-CIX, Sen provided strategic consulting, including business and sales strategy development, in his position as a Business Development Consultant for Gulf Bridge International (GBI). Additionally, he also served as the Regional Sales Director Turkey, Caspian and MENA for Türk Telekom International.
