V2 Public Cloud Offering Goes Live in Saudi Arabia

Virtual Vision (V2) has officially opened services for V2 Public Cloud – a public cloud offering based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) initiated in partnership with CloudSigma and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). The launch ceremony took place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Riyadh on April 15th.

The ceremony invited leaders from across the IT industry and influential regional businesses to attend the launch of one of the first public cloud offerings based entirely in Saudi Arabia. Among the attendees were Hazem Sandouka, COO of Virtual Vision; Mohammed Al-Kharouf, CEO of Virtual Vision; Mohammed Al Jasser, Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Saudi Arabia; Wassim Al Baroudi, Channel and Alliance Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise; Robert Jenkins, CEO and co-founder of CloudSigma; and Trey Goede of Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Ventures.
