Automation Anywhere’s Imagine IMEA 2021 event focusing on RPA, AI opens 11 August

The pandemic has accelerated digital transformation across industries. Banking, manufacturing, public sector, retail and even BPO are re-imagining business models and customer experiences. Internally, every department is becoming more intertwined to create the best digital experience for their employees and customers. Automation is the common theme, leading the discussion on building more efficient, more productive companies and creating digital experiences for customers.

‘Imagine Digital’, the industry’s premier Cloud RPA and AI event, hosted each year by Automation Anywhere is an attempt at helping enterprises navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of intelligent automation.  True to its name, this event is more of an experience where customers, partners, and RPA practitioners gather to imagine the power and promise of digital transformation. The event moved to an online mode last year and saw exponential participation. This year’s US Imagine Digital event attracted over 20000 delegates!

The IMEA (India, Middle East and Africa) edition of Imagine Digital scheduled for August 11-12, 2021, promises to be as exciting and impactful. The event features a wide variety of interactive content to help businesses achieve their intelligent automation objectives, especially in the cloud. From inspiring keynotes and RPA solution spotlights to customer showcases and technical trainings, the experience is designed to provide businesses with learning opportunities uniquely designed to accelerate their RPA journey.

In addition to Mihir Shukla Chairman and CEO, Automation Anywhere, the Imagine Digital – IMEA event features keynotes from Thomas Kurian, CEO, Google Cloud as well as prominent global enterprises such as Tesco Business Services, Axis Bank, Jaguar Land Rover, GM Financial, and Wipro Limited. They will share their success stories successes and lessons learned in leveraging RPA in the cloud to tackle tough business challenges.

Jamal Alnassai, Group COO, Dubai-based Network International will share insights on the organization’s successful RPA journey. How the company used a centralized approach, getting operations employees involved from the beginning and training them on how to build, run, and manage bots. The company started by automating business operations in the UAE, and eventually implemented RPA in other areas, such as IT operations as well as other geographies.

Colin Miranda, CEO of Kuwait-based CyberMAK Information Systems will talk about the role of intelligent automation in helping build high-performing, banking operations teams that will reduce cost, improve ROI, and achieve scale in a short span of time. Attendees will also learn how banks are commissioning core teams to strategize automation by streamlining operations across departments and reducing risk by increasing resource capacity, thus improving customer experience.

Attendees will not only have an opportunity to learn about the latest trends in RPA from industry leaders. The event will allow them to stay on top of RPA innovations with insightful keynotes, product news, customer showcases, and technical training. Imagine Digital, IMEA also includes hands-on workshops to help attendees learn about the latest developments in Automation Anywhere’s cloud-native intelligent automation platform, including Automation 360, IQ Bot, AARI, and Discovery Bot.
