‘Sound to Travel with Video’ with Sennheiser Wireless

New wireless microphone to provide creative freedom and optimum solution to filmmaking

In a bid to enhance hassle-free film making, Sennheiser has unveiled a revolutionary wireless microphone systems for cameras. An interesting device for the ambitious film-makers, wireless sound for video can now be recorded in just a few easy steps: plug the receiver onto the camera’s audio input, switch on the microphone transmitter – and everything is ready for action. The system itself will take care of all the technical settings.

“Cabled microphones severely restrict creative freedom. The optimum solution is wireless recording,” explained Sven Boetcher, Portfolio Manager Broadcast & Media at Sennheiser. “AVX makes it easier than ever before: without the need to license the wireless system, without making the usual settings, but with reliable wireless transmission – which means that you can concentrate entirely on filming.”
The AVX systems will go on sale from June 2015. All system components are also available separately.
