He also has a strong understanding of Red Hat’s business, its ecosystem landscape, regional presence and its synergy with IBM and the needs of customers’ businesses.
Phil is kept fully occupied with his family with his wife and extremely lively 6-year-old twins. A keen golfer and musician when he gets the chance and is extremely lucky to have so many courses available nearby in Dubai.
Philip Andrews has been with Red Hat for over twelve years and is responsible for leading the Red Hat business in Central Europe, Russia, Middle East, and Africa. Red Hat is the global leader in open-source software and is an IBM company.
Before moving to the CEMEA region, for five years prior Phil led the Enterprise and Vertical Sales organisation in Red Hat Asia Pacific, with responsibility for all major enterprise customers, and development of vertical teams.
