ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho, announced that Saudi Arabia is poised to enter the top five biggest markets worldwide for the company within the next three years.
Already its biggest market in the Middle East and North Africa region, ManageEngine Saudi registered a 40% growth in revenue in 2022, while the customer count increased by 35% during that period.
The increase in demand is primarily due to the government’s Saudi Vision 2030, with enterprises being quick to adopt solutions to meet their digital transformation goals. This transition is being facilitated and supported by cutting-edge technologies, such as analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is pursing a very ambitious goal of setting futuristic standards in areas like sustainability, community health and environmental protection by the effective and productive use of technology. To get there, every operational fabric of the Kingdom needs to adopt technology, across the government and private sectors. Equally important is their ability to manage the deployment and consumption of technology to ensure both operational efficiency and optimal ROI. The ManageEngine platform is a top choice for organizations faced with that challenge,” said Rajesh Ganesan, president at ManageEngine.
ManageEngine’s recent “IT at work: 2022 and beyond” study highlighted some key findings on what technologies are being invested in. Nearly all (97%) of business decision-makers (BDMs) reported that their organisation had invested in AI and ML, and are doing so for more than one use case, on average. Automation is, unsurprisingly, a highly reported area (57%), but also of note are organisations using AI to prevent cyberattacks (61%).
Commitment to local customers
With over 18 years of experience doing business in the Kingdom, ManageEngine remains committed as ever to Saudi enterprises. The company has served over 2,000 customers across the country, with most of them in the government, banking and insurance sectors.
ManageEngine works with two key partners, namely alnafitha (platinum-level) and IT Pillars (gold-level) among others, to take its IT management solutions to the market. The company is constantly training and equipping its partners with the necessary technical knowledge to help customers match the country’s ambitious plans.
