Shabih Takes Charge as TP-LINK ME Channel Manager

Shabih Ul Hassnain to help SOHO and SMB networking vendor grow its retail and wholesale channel business

TP-LINK has appointed Shabih Ul Hassnain as the new Channel Manager for UAE.

In this new role, Hassnain will drive and manage TP-LINK’s entire UAE channel business and support the retail and wholesale markets and help TP-LINK to cement its footprint in the SMB segment in the country.

Denny Liang, Vice President, TP-LINK Middle East and Africa (MEA), said “We have been working closely with our distributors and channel partners to make sure product availability and market demand are met. With Shabih onboard he will ensure that the retail and wholesale sectors of the channel are properly supported from TP-LINK in order to stimulate business growth,”

Liang said the appointment of Hassnain will also help TP-LINK to extend its reach in the SMB segment. Hassnain said it is an exciting and challenging position, but delighting to be joining TP-LINK at this time in its history in MEA. “I will be responsible for improving customer consumption, planning and implementing customer presentations, overseeing account profiles and monitoring competitor activities,” he added.

Prior to taking on this role, Hassnain worked with distributors and handled the Dubai channel market for TP-LINK Middle East.
