At GITEX Global Dubai 2024, Cronox AI Private Limited presented Cronox AI, an advanced, AI-driven customer service platform that redefines digital engagement and support.

What did you showcase in GITEX this year?

We exhibit our product, Cronox AI, at GITEX Global Dubai 2024. Cronox AI is a customer service platform driven by AI, featuring AI agents that go beyond typical chatbots. These agents understand natural language and can instantly resolve up to 80% of customer inquiries on the spot.

Our platform utilizes RAD-based technology—Retrieval Augmented Generation—which enables AI agents to retrieve real-time information and perform actions autonomously. With smart messaging, the interaction remains engaging. Here’s how it works: when a customer contacts a business, Cronox AI starts the conversation, engages the prospect, qualifies them, and helps convert the interaction into a successful transaction. In other words, customer support is effectively managed by these AI agents.

Unlike traditional chatbots that rely on keyword recognition, Cronox AI comprehends user intent and responds contextually using up-to-date information, making responses accurate and relevant.

We’re focused on providing this solution for businesses of any size and across industries, whether for lead generation, customer onboarding, appointment booking, or transportation. Here at GITEX, we’re using Cronox AI on WhatsApp for lead generation, storing lead data through WhatsApp forms, integrating it into our CRM, automating emails, and scheduling meetings—all seamlessly managed by the AI agent.

This is our second time at GITEX, previously showcasing another AI solution. Cronox AI Private Limited, our company, also offers AI Insights and AI Co-Pilots to complete the platform. AI Co-Pilots support human agents by providing background context and response suggestions when customers prefer to interact with a live person. Meanwhile, AI Insights provide CSAT reports, graphs, and other analytics tailored for each industry, whether focused on lead generation or support and ticketing services.

Our headquarters are in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and we’re in the process of establishing an office in Dubai.

How are you employing customers now? Is there any specific market approach that you have? Is it a direct customer approach? How do you get leads?

We’ve explored various channels, but currently, most of our growth is organic. With over a decade in the industry, we’ve established strong relationships with diverse clients, including U.S. insurance companies, tour and travel businesses in Mexico, and one of the largest hospitals in Costa Rica, all of which use our AI agent. Here at GITEX, we’re excited to explore the UAE market.

Globally, we serve around ten major clients, focusing on delivering tailored solutions for each business since one-size-fits-all doesn’t suit every need. Our AI agent can be fully customized in just two weeks, a crucial period that defines their customer service journey for the next five years.

While we haven’t yet worked with any media companies to boost our brand presence, we recognize the value of marketing to convey how our product can benefit individual businesses. As we’re expanding in this region, branding opportunities are something we’d like to explore. We believe in the importance of translating our product’s capabilities into clear, relatable value for our audience.

We’re especially interested in GSE’s extensive offerings, spanning 50 countries and covering media, lead generation, and numerous events. The possibility of engaging with targeted customers through closed-door events, roundtables, or larger conferences like the Future IT Summit and World CIO 200 is exciting. This approach could provide us with a focused platform to connect with CIOs, IT heads, and other industry leaders.

While our ultimate goal is global growth, customer acquisition in the UAE is a top priority, whether through direct channels or partner-driven approaches. For instance, in regions like Saudi Arabia, partnering is essential due to the importance of having an established presence there, but we’re open to both partnerships and direct customer acquisition depending on the opportunity.
