Could you tell us a bit about ABSYZ Software Consulting and its journey so far?
ABSYZ Software Consulting has been in the industry for 13 years, operating solely as a Salesforce partner. Our journey started in India, where we’ve maintained a strong presence since day one. In the U.S., we’ve been active for the last 8 years, and in the UAE, it’s been 3 years since we began serving clients here. We specialize exclusively in Salesforce and are proud to hold the status of a Summit Partner, which is Salesforce’s highest partner tier. This speaks to our expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.
Your services focus on Salesforce implementation and support. Can you elaborate on that?
Certainly. We don’t just implement Salesforce; we tailor it specifically to fit each client’s needs. Our services include custom configurations, integrations, and providing ongoing support like annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). By truly understanding each client’s unique requirements, we help them make the most of Salesforce’s powerful platform. And as AI has become essential in the industry, we’ve been among the first to integrate it effectively into CRM systems. Using tools like Einstein Assistants and voice bots, we’re able to personalize customer interactions, making communication more conversational and intuitive—almost human-like.
Which industries are you focused on in the GCC region?
ABSYZ Representative: In the GCC, we’re focused on sectors where Salesforce can have a high impact, such as free zones, real estate, hospitality, and airways. We’ve been working with free zones and airlines here for three years and with real estate clients for the last two. With Salesforce’s new office in Internet City, there’s now even more momentum for us to grow. Their local push for licenses opens up great collaborative opportunities, enabling us to support more clients who are new to Salesforce.
How do you approach customer acquisition in the region?
ABSYZ Representative: We focus on an organic, relationship-driven approach. We often connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, arrange meetings, and build relationships directly. Our primary customer base consists of businesses already using Salesforce, and we support them with everything from enhancing their systems to introducing new Salesforce products. As we work on registering with Salesforce UAE, we look forward to collaborating even more closely to help businesses make full use of Salesforce capabilities.
How many customers are you currently serving in the UAE?
ABSYZ Representative: We have eight active clients in the UAE, and globally, we support over 100 clients. The UAE is a growing market for us. In fact, in the last three years, it has accounted for about 20% of our revenue, while 80% still comes from the U.S., where we have a larger, more established presence.
Organically, we’ve built strong connections here with prominent local companies like Etihad Airways, DIFC, and DMCC. Now that Salesforce is expanding its local presence, it strengthens our positioning as a trusted partner and gives us access to a larger client base. We’re looking forward to partnering with even more businesses in the GCC and bringing the best of Salesforce technology to help them succeed.
