VMware Welcomes New VP on Board

Henri van der Vaeren to shoulder strategy, development andVMware operations in Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa

VMware has appointed Henri van der Vaeren as Vice President for Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Based in Paris, van der Vaeren will be responsible for the strategy, development and management of VMware’s operations throughout the region. He will report directly to Jean-Pierre Brulard, Senior Vice President & General Manager for EMEA.

Henri van der Vaeren has nearly 25 years of management experience in the IT and telecoms sector. He most recently spent five years at SAP, where he was managing director for France and BeLux, and a member of the EMEA Executive Committee.
