Paladion to host a cyber security conference in Qatar to address unique cyber security challenges faced by the region and offer a glimpse of CyberActive

Paladion in co-operation with Kaspersky will host a cyber security conference in Doha, Qatar on 17th February 2016.

This event will be targeted at CIO’s, CISO’s, IT heads and senior management executives from large private and government enterprises across the country.

A focal point of the conference will be Paladion’s unique cyber security framework CyberActive, an active cyber defense model that embeds robust protection in every fragment and continuously integrates threat intelligence for proactive mitigation of threats.

Speaking of the conference, Ummer stated that, “Qatar as a nation has come a long way in a short period of time. We understand that progress in information technology can also introduce new vulnerabilities in an environment. Our conference aims to showcase this new standard in cyber security and discuss security challenges unique to the region.

“With the mega project, 2022 FIFA World Cup ready to take the country to the next level, the quantum of opportunities and challenges will increase for enterprises in Qatar,” said Ummer. “We are also delighted to partner with Kaspersky Labs on this conference, who will offer several insights in threat intelligence and end-user protection at the event,” he added.
