Canon unveils the Oce Arizona series ideal for high quality printing and flexible media

Canon has launched the flatbed UV Océ Arizona series, with a host of advanced applications, including new technologies, such as coating layers and white ink printing, as well as many other smart cutting accessories. The flatbed UV Océ Arizona series is ideal for high-quality printing and for rigid and flexible media.
The Arizona series includes the Océ Arizona 460 GT. Thanks to its ability to print on different media and objects, print service providers can generate revenues from various applications such as standard signage or displays (POS, retail signage, backlit displays) as well as flatbed industrial prints and prints on special substrates where the printed substrate is not originally designed for display (for example, prototypes, personalized or small print runs, membrane switch keyboards, relief printing, object decoration).

The Océ Arizona 460 GT boasts six independent ink channels, active pixel offset, ability to use coatings for decorative applications and the option of managing double-opacity white ink. Maximum printing speeds can reach up to 32.8 m2/h in Express Mode, varying depending on printing mode (Production, Quality, Fine Art, High definition, double layer white ink, Production-Smooth).
“It is a very open technology that provides plenty of options and flexibility, especially in the digital field where quantity is not required… it is a gateway with no limits,” explains Hendrik Verbrugghe, Marketing Director, Canon Middle East.
