Middle East based creative technology agency TAKELEAP developed their most recent technological advance in real estate sales giving an immersive experience in the UAE. Building upon their previous models, “My Virtual Home” and “Zayed Communities”, launched in 2014 for Sheikh Zayed Housing project, a digital application was developed. Thus, allowing users to take visual tours of potential properties with a multilingual and interactive interface.

Customers are able to enter this 3 dimensional cube with floor to ceiling screens of the model at hand offering them a full sensory experience close enough to almost touch. They will be able to experience every inch of the interiors as well as the exteriors of the house and community. This will assist them in designing their homes to their tastes accordingly.
