GITEX 2025 will be SolarWind’s biggest and boldest presence yet, reflecting a transformative year for SolarWinds. From groundbreaking AI innovation to SolarWind’s acquisition of Squadcast, its stand showcases how we are redefining observability, ITSM, and automation and thus helping enterprises across the Middle East build resilience, strengthen security, and accelerate digital transformation.

At the heart of its presence is the SolarWinds Platform, which unifies observability, IT service management, database performance, and automation into a single solution. With flexible deployment options, self-hosted or SaaS, this platform empowers IT teams to move beyond reactive firefighting to proactive management.

Three of trusted channel partners, Delta Line International, Clever Solutions, and Softech Systems, will be co-exhibiting at Hall 8 – C15, each hosting dedicated pods that highlight customer success stories and real-world deployments. Together, we will demonstrate how collaboration helps regional enterprises future-proof their operations, accelerate digital transformation, and achieve faster time-to-value.

AI will take centre stage at SolarWind’s booth through hands-on demos of its observability and ITSM solutions. Visitors will see how AI enhances incident detection, reduces noise through intelligent alerting, and delivers deep end-to-end visibility across complex IT environments. SolarWind’s experts will illustrate how AIOps and automation accelerate problem resolution, improve uptime, and free IT teams to focus on innovation rather than firefighting.

A highlight of the GITEX programme will be a Tech Talks session with Eric Bauer, Vice President of Solutions Engineering and Enablement, on 14 October at 11:50 AM GST in Hall 24. His session, From Insight to Action: AI in Observability and the Future of IT Resilience, will explore how AI transforms IT operations.

Joining him in Dubai will be senior SolarWinds delegation, including Laurent Delattre, Vice President of EMEA Sales, and Cullen Childress, Chief Product Officer. Their presence underscores both the strategic importance of the Middle East to SolarWind’s global business and SolarWind’s deep commitment to the region.

Attendees can also book one-to-one demo sessions for a tailored look at how SolarWinds solutions support their unique business goals, whether that is scaling digital transformation, strengthening resilience, or driving greater efficiency across hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystems.
