ServiceNow has restructured its channel partner programme to differentiate partners based on the role they play in delivering innovation and transformation on top of the ServiceNow cloud platform. Avanish Sahai, Global Vice President of ISV Industry and Technology, at ServiceNow talks to GEC Media Group’s Editor Arun Shankar, about the innovative role that channel partners need to play to drive innovation, in terms of internal and external customer satisfaction, using the latest Now cloud platform.

ServiceNow is rapidly moving away from being merely a platform for IT services, IT administration, and IT management in the region, into becoming a multifaceted combination of platforms that is transforming the way we do work, and experience work with co-workers. ServiceNow is also transforming the experience of customers with an organisation and enabling end users to build their own platforms on top of ServiceNow’s Now Platform.

The Now Platform is ServiceNow’s intelligent and intuitive cloud platform for work.

It consists of the following platforms:

  • IT Workflows: Unlock productivity and transform IT across your enterprise with a unified platform.
  • Employee Workflows: Deliver next-gen employee experiences with intelligent workflows and effortless service.
  • Customer Workflows: Resolve complex customer issues from end to end with predictive intelligence and automated self-service.
  • Build your own workflows: Use the Now Platform to build new workflow apps and extend ServiceNow solutions.
