Agnès Mauffrey, Group CIO of Michelin, said: “Our aim is to create a platform for digital innovation which will give our people around the world high performance access to cloud-based services, allowing them to collaborate more effectively. This is being done in a secure and reliable environment over which we have complete control.”

Luis Alvarez, CEO of BT’s Global Services division, said: “We are proud that Michelin has entrusted BT with its global IT network, the core platform that will underpin its digital transformation programme”

BT will support Michelin globally through a dedicated network operations centre and provide centralised network management. The contract includes services from several areas of the BT portfolio: BT Connect, BT Security, BT One and BT Advise.
