How long has it been since you joined AGC Networks? What was the most appealing factor about the company that attracted you?

My association with AGC Networks is very recent and since December 2017. AGC Networks is a global IT organization with operations across US, UK, Africa, Middle East, India, Singapore, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. Its presence is in the Solution Integration space for over 3 decades now.

Recognizing the two most important technological issues sweeping the globe – a need for vigilant cyber security protocols and the importance of Cloud and Managed services across traditional Capex and Opex models in the Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) space – continue to be AGC’s focus, going forward.

What roles and responsibilities does your current role entail?

I am responsible for the complete operation and expansion of AGC’s business in the region. As the Vice President, I will ensure strong relationships with existing clients and build strategies to build new client base in the marketplace as also drive the company’s operations across Pre-sales, Service Delivery and other support functions.

What are your TOP 3 Priorities for 2018?

In your current role, what is your responsibility towards your customers and partners?

AGC believes in the philosophy of 3 R’s – RRR.  Building trustworthy Relationships with partners / Customers; Being Relevant to them to deliver desired impactful Results aligned to customer’s business objectives. These values underline our business approach in the ME regions to augment AGC’s global positioning across the technology domains. I would be responsible to accelerate customer’s business with best in class customized technology solutions delivered along with our alliance partners.
