Kaspersky Lab’s Global Support Team has been granted an ISO 9001:2015 certification. The company is one of the first to be certified under the new version of the standard, which is the world’s most recognized quality management certification. During audit, the Kaspersky Lab Global Support Team’s practices, policies and management systems were found to meet and conform to all internationally acknowledged standards.
The Kaspersky Lab ISO 9001:2015 certification recognizes the company’s global B2B and B2C technical support for its IT security solutions in Europe, Latin America, North America and Russia.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on a number of quality management principles and covers five main processes including: the management of Kaspersky Lab client incidents, the management of mass critical incidents, the handling of client complaints regarding Kaspersky Lab customer support services, knowledge management, and the internal support of users at Kaspersky Lab. Thus, the standard provides the framework to continue to achieve, as well as benchmark, a consistent performance and service.
