Fluke networks is all geared up to trigger its partnership program that stems from its direct market approach to have broader access to networks and wide market and enterprise visibility.
With the advent of ‘Borderless Enterprise’ the world is getting optimized and it does look more promising. But is there chaos at the cross roads of enterprise security? Werner Heeren, Regional Director, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, Fluke Networks gives a clear picture on this.
Borderless Enterprise is one of the key focal point of Fluke networks. Werner believes in the freedom that the concept has bestowed on the users and enterprises with the business moving on to the cloud and BYOD cultures, although it harnesses various complexities that gives rise to the need of threat intelligence and security analytics solutions. “It is interesting to have optimized devices and freedom that allows you to be connected regardless of the location or the device you are using, but IT managers have to be on top of the IT infrastructure to create a harmonious security infrastructure in the enterprise”.
Networks are never safe—according to Werner. An enterprise can never assure itself of the network security, regardless of the number of devices connected or used. Now the situation is complex so the vigilance has to be fortified. “Fluke networks assures you this monitoring, this vigilance. We try to give you the visibility by going deep down the infrastructure to give you a clear picture of your security architecture.”
It’s the dawn of the Internet of things and Internet of Everything, where a trillion machines are going to be connected—an age where every day human activity will also be tracked and monitored. Fluke network tries to deliver measurements that can assure the end-users and enterprises of the security framework. “Arbor networks (whose sister company is Fluke) deals in the security space. At the Fluke end, we deliver services rather than solutions. If an enterprise has a massive deployment of machines, we can determine the cause and root of the problem and give a detailed report of that.” Says Werner.
“There’s a significant urgency in the borderless enterprise model, where users access applications, development platforms and network infrastructure as a service over the Internet. These are things IT departments don’t always control, but are expected to fix if something goes wrong. Therefore, it’s important that IT and the business work together to establish a process and methodology that orchestrates the adoption of SaaS applications into the enterprise,” stated Werner Heeren, Regional Director, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, Fluke Networks.
Fluke networks is all geared up to trigger its partnership program that stems from its direct market approach to have broader access to networks and wide market and enterprise visibility. With services mapping a variety of verticals ranging from Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Telecom, Banking and Finance fluke networks is vying to offer its certified network measurements to the globe.
Giving out his message and suggestion to the CIOs, Werner says that “CIOs must be vigilant to the security threats. They must have the sixth sense to sense the attack before it actually dooms. The security landscape is like an iceberg— Threat detected is just 10% of the actual situation. CIOs must go beneath the iceberg to see the BIG PICTURE….. and FLUKE helps you get there.
