Ericsson and CLX Communications’ operator division, Symsoft, have signed a global licensing agreement where Ericsson will license Symsoft SMS Software Solutions to mobile network operators.
The exclusive framework agreement follows Ericsson’s successful evaluation of Symsoft SMS solutions. The evaluation included technical evaluation of software and services as well as commercial, operational and financial evaluation to ensure best value for Ericsson’s customers.
The SMS Software Solutions licensing agreement includes Symsoft’s SMSC, A2P SMSC, USSD and SMS Firewall software solutions and services. The value of the contract is dependent on the success of the mutual collaboration between Ericsson and Symsoft.
