Honeywell is showcasing its latest innovations in connected healthcare technology at the Saudi Health exhibition taking place 16-18 May in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including a broad spectrum of technologies that can help streamline hospital operations and reduce clinical errors. These solutions integrate hospital infrastructure by connecting management systems, clinicians and patients in innovative ways to deliver better care.

Honeywell’s all-new Dolphin CT50h clinical mobile device will be previewed at Saudi Health for use in the Middle East for the first time. CT50h is a powerful Android device that incorporates a barcode reader with the functionality and user experience of a smart phone to help hospital staff expedite admissions, provide accurate medication administration and simplify specimen collection.

Connectivity is a key factor in government initiatives to foster better healthcare for the Gulf Cooperation Council’s (GCC) citizens and residents, and Honeywell is well positioned to meet the region’s needs with technologies such as non-invasive sensors for measuring vital signs and IP-based nurse call systems, patient entertainment, alarm management and intelligent building automation systems for hospitals and nursing homes of all sizes.

Mohamed Al Mousa, Country Manager for Honeywell in Saudi Arabia said, “Saudi Arabia is by far the GCC’s largest healthcare market and Saudi Health is an important platform for us to meet with healthcare professionals and share our ideas on what the future of healthcare looks like.”
