How was the year 2018 for Techvivid Systems? What plans do you have for this year?

Overall, 2018 was a very productive year for us. I am happy to say that, as per the decided timeline, we completed most of our projects with 99% customer satisfaction. We also added new team members on board with expertise in the fields. This year, our major focus will be on Managed IT services and Industrial Cyber Security Solutions so that we can serve our customer better than last year.

Tell us more about Techvivid Systems and your portfolio. When was the company established?

Techvivid Systems was established in the year 2014 with the core fundamental to serve the Industrial Automation segment for all their IT network need. We are closely working with OEMs & system integrators in Industrial Automation segment and supporting our valued clients to fulfil the gap between IACS Network (Industrial Automation & Control System) & Business Process Network, keeping their Industrial data secure with 100% uptime.

Since the establishment of the company, we work with various verticals such as Telecom, Data Security, Industrial Cyber Security, Critical Infrastructure Security, Structure Cabling Solutions and Control Room Designing and Control Room Integration Services.

The company is helping the organizations to keep their most essential digital information protected, secured, and continuously available. Techvivid Systems focuses on providing end-to-end professional services to the customers. Our primary emphasis is on helping our clients to run their business smoothly by delivering non-interrupting seamless services and network solutions. We look at ourselves as an extension to our client’s business and are committed to providing services and solutions that compliments their business strategy. We help our customers to achieve the maximum return from their investments with proactive measures, services and solutions.

Tell us about your key technology partners you work with.

We are working closely with the market leaders in their segments like HPE/Dell for the Server infrastructure, Cisco/D-Link/Aruba for Network Infrastructure, Cisco/Avaya for Unified Communication, Samsung/Honeywell/Pelco/Axis for Critical Infrastructure Security, Tripwire/ESET/KasperSky for Cyber Security segments, etc.

What are the key industry/ verticals you cater to?

We work with Industrial OEMs and Automation System integrators which are generally in Oil & Gas segments. Apart from that, Utilities Educational Institutions, Manufacturing companies is also our focus. We recently entered the construction industry to provide our ELV project expertise to optimize the cost of the project for our customers.

How have the data centre services evolved in the Middle East? What does the term next-gen data centre signify to you?

Data centre services playing a major role in the Middle East. As the Middle East has become the commercial capital of the world, every organisation is keen on establishing their business here.

With the growing demand in cloud computing, most of the companies are building their data centres in the Middle East. For me when it comes nextGen Data centre looking forward of the jumbo package includes of AI/ Machine learning, improving automation, better cooling technologies with energy saving system, data centres using Blockchain for advance reliability, better performance.
