Dubai Properties Group (DPG) has been awarded for its provision of real estate development, leasing, sales, property management, and facility management, with the prestigious ISO 22301:2012 certification.
The ISO certification provides a number of benefits, including assurance of established continuity practices, competitive edge, enhanced stakeholder satisfaction, heightened investor and shareholder confidence further demonstrating mature corporate governance, safety of assets while reinforcing benchmarking to global standards.
DPG underwent a stringent process to verify and determine the conformity of its Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), through a complete evaluation which ensures that it is capable of achieving specified objects and meets applicable statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements.
