Held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dubai, UAE, the Epicor Customer Summit MENA brought together over 120 customers from all over the region and included discussions on new releases, road map, VAT and announcement of 2017 Epicor Customer Excellence Award Winners.
The event was held following the announcement of the general availability of Epicor’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution Epicor iScala. Designed specifically to support small to medium midmarket companies and subsidiaries of larger multi-nationals located in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, the latest version of iScala features a brand new user interface in addition to new functionality that help companies drive cost efficiencies, take advantage of new global growth opportunities, and protect the business.
