FeatureFlemingo International is a duty free operator, operating in 33 countries. Globally, Flemingo International is using SAP for the backend operations. It is tightly integrated with Microsoft products and other retail products. Shailesh Mani, General Manager Information Systems, says the pressure from business to map new processes into the backend system is the biggest challenge.
