Galadari Brothers, a UAE conglomerates with businesses spanning automotive, retail, publishing and hospitality industries has selected Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud to transform its employee experience and prepare for the next generation of the workforce.

With more than 30 global brands in its portfolio and more than 6000 employees, Galadari Brothers needed an integrated recruitment platform to accelerate the hiring process and improve talent acquisition. Oracle HCM Cloud will help Galadari Brothers Group create an integrated recruitment platform to help attract and retain the best talent. Furthermore, the implementation will also help integrate key functions including core HR, talent management, payroll, time-tracking and work life solutions to provide real-time visibility into HR performance.

With more than 30 global brands in its portfolio and more than 6000 employees, Galadari Brothers needed an integrated recruitment platform to accelerate the hiring process and improve talent acquisition.

Galadari Brothers Group is also implementing Oracle Customer Experience Cloud Application to drive robust customer engagement, streamline its sales efforts with artificial intelligence-enabled applications, and enhance productivity with voice-activated mobile interfaces.
