The Security Symposium focused on showcasing the latest trends and concerns in cybersecurity, highlighting the commitment and dedication of Pakistan’s cybersecurity community in protecting businesses, infrastructure, and individuals from cyber risks.
The event began with a welcome note by Fahad Ahmed, the Master of Ceremony, followed by a speech by Dr. Erdal, President of the Global CISO Forum, and Abdul Qadir, Country Ambassador of the Global CISO Forum, setting the stage for the discussions ahead.
ITCN CEO Umair Nizam delivered a speech, highlighting the importance of cybersecurity in today’s digital age. This was followed by a speech by the Chief Guest, who emphasized the need for collaboration and innovation in the field of cybersecurity.
The World CISO Awards were then distributed in two sets, recognizing outstanding achievements in cybersecurity. The event also featured a panel discussion titled “Everywhere Cybersecure – for the new age enterprises,” with five CIOs/CISOs discussing cybersecurity challenges and solutions.
Chairman PASHA Zohaib Khan delivered a speech, underscoring the role of cybersecurity in Pakistan’s digital transformation. Keynote speeches by sponsors Mohsin Ali, Adnan Siddiqui, and Salman Popatya followed, highlighting the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
