On January 29, the Global CIO Forum held its Reboot Unite CIO Meet at LAVO in Singapore. The theme of the meeting was wellbeing. The CIOs discussed and shared their experiences on handling stress. They spoke about the new hobbies they acquired like playing squash and board games, making sourdough, taking long walks etc. Nurturing relationships and family, soaking in the moments and relaxing to enjoy and create memories is crucial to wellbeing.
GCF Reboot focuses on striking an equilibrium between four pillars: Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition & Engage. It aims to provide CIO community members an opportunity to interact with the experts from these four pillars which can help them imbibe the benefits of an all-round wellbeing.
The Unite CIO Meet provided a platform to connect with new people including peers and IT leaders to share a common perspective. It also gave an opportunity to unwind and at the same time learn from each other.
