He has been listed as the Global Top 200 CIO by the Global CIO Forum for four consecutive years from 2020 to 2023, and ranked as the Top CIO for ASEAN by Foundry in various years. Ts. Saiful is a registered Professional Technologist (Ts.) under the Malaysian Act 768 and holds various certifications including ISACA’s CISM and CRISC, PRINCE2 Project Management, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, SCRUM Master, ITIL Practitioner, and Microsoft’s MCSA, among others. Known for his expertise in IT Management, Advisory, Strategic Planning, IT Security, Digital Transformation, and Project Management, Ts. Saiful actively participates in IT events and summits as a Speaker, Panelist, or Moderator, both locally and internationally.
