How can customers simplify their DRAAS journey with Dell EMC protection solutions?

Knowing that Data is growing at a great pace and customers are looking for a much simpler ways to manage the Data protection, all Dell EMC data protection solutions are cloud enabled and in a simple click of a button customers will get an option to make Cloud as DR,Long Term Retention and backup to cloud.

In the year 2017, Dell EMC launched the ISG and CSG Incumbency Program for its Commercial segment. How has it effectively covered Aptec’s length and breadth of the Dell EMC portfolio?

Ingram Micro as Distributor does major chunk of business in Commercial Sector. The ISG and CSG Incumbency program gave us a boost to grow along with our partners and also helped us to minimize the conflicts between the direct team and our partners.

Today Cloud is no more an option but a business enabler. How do Dell EMC data protection solutions live up to the regional customer’s cloud readiness appetite?

As mentioned before in my previous statement, Dell EMC Data protection solu- tions are cloud ready and always comes with an option of Cloud as DR, Long term retention in Cloud, Backup to Cloud. Dell EMC is partnered with all major cloud providers to make this as simple as a single click.

With this portfolio how easily can customers protect, archive and recover mission-critical workloads without the hassle of multiple resources?

Dell EMC Data protection solutions are designed in a way where customers can manage their backup, restore, reporting all from a single management platform. Also to mention Dell EMC has different solution / products in Data protection which can be used based on the customer application requirement.

In 2019, what are your plans as a product manager to further reinforce the positioning and reach of Dell EMC- ISG?

One of the focus areas is to profile our partners as per the verticals and train and enable them to position Dell EMC products. We are also planning for Solution selling across regions and vertical based. Implementation and Deployment is also in our business strategy for the year.

How frequently do you conduct product training/brush-up/ and workshops and how can customers and implementation partners benefit from it?

We conduct one to one enablement sessions, webinars, hands on demo, training workshops in each Country for our partners every quarter on different Dell EMC product portfolios to make sure our partners are up to date with the technologies & products. 🡼
