Kaspersky recognised by Gartner as a Customers’ Choice for cybersecurity awareness

Kaspersky has been recognised as the only vendor to achieve a Customers’ Choice in the EMEA market in the recently published Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer: Security Awareness Computer-Based Training, 2021 report.

Kaspersky was rated a score of 4.6 out of 5 by customers with 94% willing to recommend based on 83 responses. Customer recognition of Kaspersky Security Awareness training is an acknowledgement of product capabilities as well as overall implementation effort.

According to the report, 83 customers shared their experience of negotiating with Kaspersky, contributing to a rating of 4.7 out of 5 for the evaluation and contracting component. For service and support, Kaspersky achieved a rating of 4.7 out of 5.
