Lenovo releases Yoga Tab 13 with 13-inch 2K display and Dolby Vision HDR

Lenovo announced the launch of its Yoga Tab 13 in the UAE, delivering a supercharged audio-visual experience in a sleek and elegant form factor. The introduction of the company’s latest premium tablet offering comes during a time in which more consumers are investing in portable devices to enhance the hybrid worlds of work, learning and play.

The Lenovo Yoga Tab 13 features a large 13-inch 2K display with 400 nits of brightness and 100 percent RGB color gamut. The panel is also powered by Dolby Vision HDR, which delivers ultra-vivid picture quality and detail. As a new Android tablet, the Yoga Tab 13 features Entertainment Space from Google, the new home for free and paid content services. Users can enjoy up to 12 hours of playback (1080p) and use Lenovo’s 30W quick charge to keep powered at all times of the day.

With quad JBL speakers, including the two built into the Yoga Tab 13’s innovative soundbar, users can enjoy a captivating listening experience. The audio journey is made more immersive still thanks to Lenovo Premium Audio tuning and Dolby Atmos®, alongside a lower audio chamber with up to 450Hz bass performance for cinematic sound that can actually be felt.

Premium Yet Practical Design

The Yoga Tab 13’s Shadow Black exterior is covered in Alcantara, an innovative soft-touch material made in Italy. As well as delivering an upgraded style and sensory experience, since 2009, Alcantra has been certified ‘Carbon Neutral’ by TÜV SÜD.

Lenovo’s new tablet also comes with an anti-fingerprint coated stainless steel kickstand, enabling users to enter multiple modes and angles for hands-free viewing. The Yoga Tab 13 can be propped on its base for streaming content in landscape mode, hung from a door hook for a quick glance or simply titled to type, write and draw – using the optional Lenovo Precision Pen 2.

Premium tablet features large 2K display, immersive Dolby Atmos audio and Wi-Fi 6 certification for entertainment and productivity

Seamless Connectivity

The tablet’s hands-free offerings extend to smarter log-in via its front 8MP camera for video calling with added background noise reduction. Delivering an ultra-fast experience, the Yoga Tab 13 is also Wi-Fi 6 certified, making it ideal in scenarios where low-latency connectivity is key. Designed to augment work, the tablet can even act as a portable secondary display, when connected to a laptop via the included micro-HDMI to USB cable.

Competitive Edge for Gamers

The Yoga Tab 13 is supported by the performance efficiency of an octa-core processor, the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 870 Mobile Platform. This processing power helps to deliver powerful graphics and 8GB LPDDR5 of memory – making the Yoga Tab 13 capable of downloading and running high performance gaming titles in high-resolution, high speed, and low-latency.
