levigo systems with 3,000 endpoints now Kaspersky’s largest MSP partner in Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Over the past seven years, Managed Services Provider levigo systems has strengthened its cybersecurity offerings with Kaspersky, making it to protect around 3,000 customer endpoints in the DACH region, comprising of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. After successfully testing Kaspersky solutions to protect its own IT ecosystem first, levigo systems is now Kaspersky’s largest MSP partner in the region.

Adding value and helping customers keep up with changing needs is a key role played by MSPs – and cybersecurity provision is no exception. Indeed, recent research found that 93% of MSPs are looking to expand their IT security offerings to match increasing client demands for additional IT security expertise. CEOs around the world also rank cyber risks as the number one threat to business growth over the next three years, higher than tax, regulatory and supply chain risks.

Kaspersky enables levigo systems to meet the often challenging and complex security needs of its clients – in sectors ranging from mechanical engineering to automotive supplies – and protect 3,000 customer endpoints with Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business. The recent addition of Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform (ASAP) and Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response to the levigo systems’ portfolio has also bolstered protection for customers and enhanced the capabilities and knowledge of the levigo systems’ team.

Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response ensures that levigo systems can recognize and uncover threat situations at an early stage, allowing for intervention before compromise or damage has occurred. Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform provides comprehensive cybersecurity knowledge and practices for levigo systems’ customers by using goal-setting and practical online e-learning exercises that are based on real-life scenarios. This has led to more meaningful evaluation and actionable reporting and analytics by the team.

A new license model became another business benefit for levigo systems. Thanks to the automated and flexible license management interface Kaspersky’s new License Management portal offered, the provider could serve even small customers at competitive prices. The MSP could also quickly scale up or down the use of security products for any customer.

Commenting on the strength of the partnership, Vincenzo Biasi, Managing Director at levigo systems says: “We wanted a partner with a solid cybersecurity focus and a world-class reputation. Kaspersky concentrates solely on cybersecurity threat protection and prevention. We see a focus and a commitment of the whole company that’s reflected in the quality of Kaspersky products. After seven years, the partnership still feels very cooperative. Kaspersky always listens and responds quickly and that’s very valuable – it feels like a partnership of equals, which is something we very much appreciate.”

Mikhail Kolchin, Head of MSP and MSSP Solutions at Kaspersky, says: “Our MSP partners are fundamental to the reach and support we can offer customers across the globe, and a vital part of our success. Working with levigo systems, we have protected thousands of endpoints in the DACH region and are excited to continue to support the company as it expands its portfolio and services to customers. As our MSP Partner of the Year in 2020, levigo systems has continued to go from strength to strength and we look forward to many more successful years together.”
