New Dimensions of Avaya Partner Program

Avaya is all set for the next evolution of the company’s channel partner program, with new incentives to break new ground in key markets, a greater focus on selling solutions, and a reduction in administrative requirements.

Changes in the Avaya Connect partner program include a focus on All New Growth Bets – a new growth program tailored to those Avaya channel partners willing to break new ground in five specific areas of market opportunity: Midmarket, Cloud, Contact Center, Fabric Networking, and Modernize the Customer Base. The evolved program also encourages partners to take a solution-led approach, rather than product-led, with a comprehensive training program addressing all stages of the sales lifecycle, including pre- and post-sales support.

Partners will be able to spend less time researching and applying for incentives, giving them more time to grow their Avaya business with new customers and markets. To ensure customers continue to receive exceptional support, Avaya’s next-generation Co-Delivery Partner Program will focus on enhancing the customer experience, with partners measured against industry-leading indicators and metrics.
