Professionally, Pramod’s trajectory has been marked by leadership roles that demanded both vision and execution. At Huawei Technologies, he spent eleven years managing customer, partners, programs, projects, service sales, business continuity and channel services, earning multiple President’s Awards and Future Star Awards for his contributions.

His work extended beyond project delivery to ecosystem development, talent programs, and digital transformation advisory. Earlier roles at various technology & managerial roles further enriched his expertise, giving him a holistic view of technology’s role in business transformation.
