How has the business year 2017 been for Elitser? What kind of market shifts do you see?
2017 has been slow so far in terms of business. We are sitting on a very strong business pipeline but closure are not happening very easily. We are hoping to have the market receptive and open post august once holidays are over.
The market is very conservative on the spending. Customers are spending on the “MUST TO HAVE” technologies rather than “GOOD TO HAVE” technologies. Also due to budget constraints customers are preferring cost effective solutions/vendors rather than spending on big solutions/vendors.
What have been your latest solution offerings to the modern enterprises and how well do they compete with other SIs in the market?
Our tagline is “YOUR ITSM PARTNER” and we primarily focus on ITSM space. We are partnered with ManageEngine and carrying their full suite of ITSM,Security and
Monitoring products. As Elitser we are offering complete range of services starting from Consultancy, tools,Training and Managed Services. We are one of the very few SIs in the market who is having official outsourcing license which differentiate us from other vendors providing Managed Services in the market. Our primary motto is to give great products and services at a very reasonable price. This is the biggest differentiator against other SIs who are working into ITSM domain.
What has been your go-to-market strategy for the Middle East? What kind of partner engagement strategies are you working on?
We have been operating in UAE from last 14 years and have started increasing our foot print in other GCC countries. The recent addition is our Bahrain operations. We are planning to have our offices functional in Oman by this year end.
Our strategy is to work closely with very few partners. We believe in enabling our partners to deliver our products/services with minimum assistance. We also provide fill sales/presales/ delivery support to the partners who are new to the domain.
What roadmap do you have for the last quarter of 2017?
As mentioned we are sitting on a very strong pipeline of leads. Our goal would be to close as many deals possible in the last quarter and deliver these projects. We have been growing at a pace of 20-25% year on year and I would like to retain the same growth % this year as well.
Will we see you at GITEX 2017? If yes, what would your focus be?
We have been participating in GITEX from last 10 years and we will be surely there this year with our partner ManageEngine. The focus would be to showcase new modules/features in ITSM space. We have added couple of products in IT security and Active Directory Management/auditing space and will be showcasing these new offering to our customers and prospects.
