Can you please provide a brief about your organization and its operations in this region?
Whitehats is a member of Pharaon Group of Companies which started in 1868 & covers Middle East, Europe & Africa. Whitehats is an IT Service & Solutions Provider company catering to the IT needs of customers in GCC since a decade.
How has the year 2016 so far been for WhiteHats?
Every coming year brings its own set of challenges and 2016 is no exception. Whitehats is strengthening its knowledge base and focusing on bringing innovative new solutions to its customers. We are always exploring avenues to better serve our customers and set new standards.
IoT is running down the veins of the enterprises and the demand for ‘wireless workplace’ is rising like never before. What are your views?
When it comes to information technology, IoT is the next big thing. We would certainly like to play a role in helping businesses conduct smarter business operations focused on quality decision making. Whitehats takes it as an exciting new challenge and would love to bring its own strengths and technological knowhow to help improve workplaces.
What are the solutions and contributions by Whitehats towards the same?
Whitehats is already deploying BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for its customers and would happily take on IoT. IoT will bring a massive change to how things are done within the business world for enterprises and SMBs will form a big segment of this market. Smarter products are already making companies more efficient and productive.
We would help small business organizations become more efficient to manage real time operations. This would enable them to explore new business opportunities, revamping existing business processes. Whitehats would work with its clients to also overcome its inherent challenges like cyber security vulnerabilities and privacy concerns.
What are the challenges you face while providing end-to-end services to your clients?
