Roland Berger has promoted Jawad Shaikh to senior partner within its Middle East operations. As the regional head of the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) practice, Shaikh brings over 20 years of experience to the role. A founding partner of the Riyadh office, he has been pivotal in driving growth and advising clients on digital and AI-driven transformations.
Jawad joined Roland Berger in 2019, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) sector spanning Europe, Middle East & Africa. As regional leader of Roland Berger’s TMT practice, Jawad has established the firm as a trusted advisor to leading operators and technology players, growing both its footprint and its client relationships across the Middle East. He has advised regional TMT & ICT leaders on strategy, performance improvement, digital and AI transformation, helping clients navigate the sector’s shift toward AI-driven business models and delivering measurable impact along the way.
