Salesforce is debuting its latest AI-powered solutions, Agentforce and Data Cloud, for the MENA region at GITEX Global at Dubai World Trade Centre.

At GITEX (Booth H4-A5), Salesforce is holding special live sessions to demonstrate the latest versions of its solutions including Agentforce, Data Cloud and Hyperforce across sectors including retail and ecommerce. Salesforce’s 400 square metre booth includes a theatre from which it is hosting talks and demo sessions daily, covering topics including how to be more customer centric with Agentforce, Customer 360 and Data Cloud; how humans with Agentforce can deliver effortless service strategies; and success in cloud-driven manufacturing.

Kaushal Kurapati, SVP – Product Management, Generative AI and Search at Salesforce will take to the main stage in Hall 25 on Day 2 (Tuesday October 15) at 11:15am to deliver a presentation entitled, ‘How Humans and Autonomous Agents Can Drive Customer Success’. On Day 3 (Wednesday October 16) at 13.00pm, Kurapati will participate in a panel discussion entitled ‘Building a Responsible Future for AI and Humanity’ at the AI Everywhere Stage in Hall 10.

Salesforce is also welcoming visitors to its Einstein Laboratory at GITEX. Located at the company’s booth, the laboratory is a hands-on, interactive experience where organisations can brainstorm ideas with Salesforce’s design thinking experts, and other companies, to gain a head start for the AI revolution.

Following its launch at Dreamforce in San Francisco last month, Agentforce is also a major focus at GITEX. Agentforce is a groundbreaking suite of autonomous AI agents that augment a company’s workforce and handle tasks in service, sales, marketing, and commerce, driving unprecedented efficiency and customer satisfaction. These agents, which were unveiled at Salesforce’s annual conference in San Francisco last month, are integrated on Salesforce apps and leverage real-time data from Salesforce’s Data Cloud to deliver accurate, personalised, and automated responses. They can perform complex business processes autonomously, significantly reducing manual workload and enhancing productivity.

Thierry Nicault, Area Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce Middle East, said: “Coming just one month after Dreamforce, GITEX Global provides us with the ideal launching pad for our newest transformative tools, Agentforce and Data Cloud, in the Middle East.”
