Training in May to focus on security and ICS/SCADA environments
SANS Institute brings cyber security training to Bahrain this coming May. SANS Bahrain 2015 will host two vital SANS training courses offering essential education around security and ICS/SCADA environments. The event is open to residents of any nation; however Bahraini nationals can apply for funding for training via the Tamkeen Professional Certifications Scheme. In addition, students registering and paying before March 18th will also save $500 on course fees.
SANS Instructor Ted Demopolous leads SEC401: Security Essentials Bootcamp Style. This is the most popular SANS training course globally and is designed for anyone looking to truly develop the understanding and skillset needed to work as an Information Security professional.
SANS Bahrain 2015 runs from May 2nd until 7th May 2015 at the Sheraton Bahrain Hotel with both courses being associated with GIAC Certifications.
