GEC NEWS WIRESpire Solutions appointed Sapan Agarwal as Deputy Vice-President – Commercials and Alliances for the Middle East. In his new role, Sapan will work closely with Channel Partners, Vendors and entire ecosystem to help organizations in the region to combat ever evolving cyber threats. Sapan will be responsible for accelerated growth of the Company and increasing Spire Solutions presence across the region.
Talking about the new appointment, Mr Sanjeev Walia, CEO of Spire Solutions said, “Today we see increasing demand in the region for robust cyber security turn-key solutions. Sapan has an excellent track record, relevant experience and skillset necessary to ensure our further expansion. As the Deputy VP, Commercials and Alliances of Spire Solutions, Sapan will join management team to provide greater value to existing and new customers in the region. “I am very excited to be a part of Spire Solutions Team and continue our commitment to help our enterprises in the region to decrease organization’s vulnerabilities and successfully mitigate sophisticated attacks”, says Sapan.
With more than ten years of experience in the regional market, Sapan has held various roles within the information security and cyber defense sector. Prior to joining Spire, Sapan was the Commercial Director of Accellion where he handled commercial strategies in accordance with the company goals and objectives. Sapan holds an MBA degree from Strathclyde Business School (SBS), Glasgow.
