What does your partner ecosystem look like? What is your go to market strategy?
We work with focused cyber security partners in the region. Partner Training, Joint Channel initiatives and focused events with our vendors are all part of our GTM strategy. We do ensure that a lot of emphasis is placed on the Proof of Concepts carried on by our partners at the end client premise and ensure that we are there to assist the partner in the first few deals before they become independent on their own. This also comes out from the fact that partners are quite busy with their existing portfolio which may include the large vendors. So herein comes the opportunity of getting the mindshare of the partners by showing value.
How do you see the cyber security space evolving in the next two years?
The cyber security market will only continue to grow. The attacks that we see every day will only continue to grow and this will have a direct impact on the budgets. It will definitely be a growth above average.
How grave is the skill shortage problem in the region?
We do see some good talent within the cybersecurity partners in the region. However, the issue is that they are burdened by a plethora of new technologies and it is important that there is stability in employee turnover to ensure that skills are continually disseminated. It is important to stakeholders in every value of the chain to contribute to this to ensure that a shortage in skills is not created or allowed to prolong.
What do you think are the potential information security threats that companies might face in the future?
Today wars and conflicts between nations involve Cyberwarfare. Corporate battles are also fought on those lines. Apart from these criminals have found this to be lucrative. It may also be noted that just as organizations are building and fortifying their infrastructure, the malware developers too are using Artificial Intelligence techniques to detect the presence of key cyber security tools within the organization to ensure they achieve their objectives. One needs to ensure that there is no single silver bullet. Threats need to be identified and stopped on a constant basis.

We work with niche technology vendors and create a good story around an effective cyber security solution. This is not one size that fits all but rather best of breed in each space offered to the client.
